Wow, everyone is quiet here at Montpelier City Hall!The cartoonists are working silently on their comics in the City Council chambers. There are about 20 of us in total now. I've only gotten three pages of my comic done, but I want everyone to keep an eye on the work of Jeff Potter. Jeff is the editor of The Commons newspaper in southern Vermont and a relapsed cartoonist. He's working on his first comic in years with us in Montpelier and drawing about ... what else? 24-Hour Comics.
